HEALTH BENEFITS OF TOMATOಟೊಮ್ಯಾಟೋ ಹಣ್ಣು:



*ಟೊಮ್ಯಾಟೋ ಹಣ್ಣಿನ ರಸಕ್ಕೆ ಚಿಟಿಕೆ ಉಪ್ಪು ಮತ್ತು ಮೆಣಸಿನ ಕಾಳನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸಿ ಖಾಲಿ ಹೊಟ್ಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇವಿಸಿದರೆ ಮಧುಮೇಹ ನಿಯಂತ್ರನಕೆ ಬರುತ್ತದೆ.
